Swirls Entwined autumn and I'd continue to work

and I'd continue to work on it

poured acrylic painting behind glass

creating cyanotypes from the plants around me

These hardy perennials grow in my Colorado high alpine garden

Swirls Entwined autumn and I'd continue to workMixed media (acrylic, paper, and gold leaf) 18" x 14" on stretched canvas The four paintings in my Swirls Series illustrate the daily lives of those (the twisting, streaming swirls) living in the rigid, gridded land of New York City. Swirls Entwined has a musical quality with the elements entwined in counterpoint. These swirls are two powerful dancers performing a pas de deux at Lincoln Center.
