Garlic - Early Purple erosion control culinary spice(Allium species) Certified Organic Grown at Greenpatch Sub tropical variety forming a nice sized bulb with a purple blush on the garlic sheath & darker garlic cloves. Strong flavour garlic with a large clove this is a great variety to grow in a temperate or sub tropical climate. Australian grown Garlic. Note: Bulb size ranges from small singles through to 5cm in diameter. Roots and outer sheath is still attached. Available December April Sold as
